The Atlas of Azeroth and Draenor Collab. Project
Here is a collection of high detail Warcraft maps on which I have been working in a cooperation with Marthen on the Scrolls of Lore Forum. The maps are made for his project called The Grand Encyclopedia of the Great Dark Beyond, where various bits and pieces of Warcraft lore are puzzled together into a consistent whole, using a the historical method. These maps should thus be as "loristically" correct as they can get, as far as I am told. The project currently covers the Warcraft lore up until the Frozen Throne.
For more information visit the project's thread. For a lore centered discussion of these maps, please use this thread.

The Icelandic Atlantic Commonwealth Series
This map series deals with an alternative timeline set in 2017, in which Iceland is a regional power in the North Atlantic. With its fictional population of over one million, a sovereign Icelandic state has been around since the late 19th century and Icelandic traders, fishermen and whalers have roamed the Northern seas for centuries. Furthermore, the Norse population of Greenland never died out and is in this scenario a native population of Greenland, along with the Inuit, comprising of roughly the half of its 100.000 strong population. Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Jan Mayen and Svalbard are all territories of the Icelandic Atlantic Commonw
Imperium Romanum Series
These maps depict the Late Roman Empire in the forth century. The idea was to map the ancient Mediterranean area as it looked before the barbarian and Arabian invasions changed it forever. That's why there are as many placenames in Latin as possible, behind which I spent many hours researching. As one might see, I have left out the barbarian tribes in Germania and Sarmatica that are usually depicted on such maps. This is intentional, for I sought only to include geographical places, not peoples or states (obviously excluding the Empire itself). These maps will be available for purchase as prints.
Here is the list of maps in order of submissi
Alternate History Series: USSR 1958
The alternative timeline focuses on the Soviet Union, its allies and enemies in an alternative historical setting in 1958. The timeline's point of departure is the Winter War between the USSR and Finland in early 1940. The date is set ten years after the conclusion of the great world conflict known in anglican literature as the Second World War and The Great Class War in European/Soviet terminology.
In this journal, all historical information on the timeline will be archived as soon as it is published along with the images.

Anybody know if there are similar maps available anywhere that depict Azeroth at earlier points in its history? Specifically, I'm looking for good maps of the Eastern Kingdoms at the start of Warcraft 3.
...
Oh, wait, I see that Kuusinen is already working on such a map. Never mind!
